Specialist Dementia Care Day Service
Our day service gives people living with dementia a safe, welcoming place to spend the day - enjoying meaningful activities, good company, and specialist support - while giving family carers the breathing space they need. Based at Sleights Community Hub in Guisborough, we're open five days a week and here to make every visit something to look forward to.
What's included
Every day is designed to be engaging, comfortable, and tailored to the people who attend – not a one-size-fits-all timetable.

How it's delivered
We keep things flexible so the service works around your family’s routine, not the other way around.
- Half-day and full-day attendance options available
- Regular weekly bookings or occasional visits
- An individualised care plan for every attendee
- Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00
